Lou, Thanks for the great cameras that you put in! When our facility was robbed I called you and you came down right away and helped fix the cameras they damaged and also burned all the DVDs for the Police. Securing a surveillance system from Security Cam Depot was the best investment I have ever made for my small retail business. An hour and a half after Louis completed the installation, the hidden camera captured an individual entering my store after hours and pocketing money from the store.

To my dismay, the individual was one of my employees – someone whom I have known for five years before bringing her onboard as a staff member. My business employs several part-time employees, all with access to open or close the store, so it was difficult to isolate where some recent shortages were coming from.

On top of this, after reviewing the video footage for the short time period she had worked the following day, I observed her pocketing additional money, some of which had not even been rung up in the register. Wow, a double whammy but a relief to have uncovered the truth.

I wholeheartedly recommend a surveillance system from Security Cam Depot for all business owners no matter the size of your store.

Louis provided and installed the appropriate equipment to meet my basic needs and budget, which can be expanded upon in the future. He also took his time in providing me extensive support during and after the set up was completed, including coming to my home to provide hands on assistance to remotely bring up the digital video footage from my home pc.

We are very pleased with the home security system we received from Lou. He was very professional he took the time to explain what he was doing and how to use the equipment. The dectctive I was working with in the Asbury Park Police Dept said that our security camera system and the video evidence it provided us with was "the best he has ever seen". He also mentioned how his "job would be so much eaiser if everyone had a system like this".

Lou installed our security cameras at our clothing store, Style Rocket, on the Asbury Boardwalk. At my request, Lou came back to our store several times to help and answer questions without hesitation..he really went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. The cameras really paid for themselves when they recently helped us catch multiple shoplifters in the act.
