WARRANTY/ 30 DAY Return Instructions For FULL REFUND
ALL RETURNS NOT WITHIN THESE CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AN IMMEDIATE REFUSAL, OR ANYWHERE FROM A 5 TO A 50 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE(DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS RETURNED) UPON NOTICE.
Shipping charges are non-refundable wheather you keep the product or not. Once an order has been placed the shipping charges must be payed by the customer and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
WARRANTY/ A one-year warranty is provided at no charge with all of our products
However, if your item is determined to be in working order, or has been abused, there will be actual shipping charges incurred. After 30 days there will be no refunds, only replacements for the same product if within the 1 year warranty and if product is defective.
PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@SECURITYCAMDEPOT.COM TO REQUEST RMA# PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS ALONG WITH REASONING FOR THE RETURN.
Physical Condition
There should be no visible physical damage to the products such as:
- Foreign Material (Adhesive, oil, dirt, gum etc.)
- Damaged covers, housing, or cases
- Dents of any kind
- Visible scratches
- Missing parts (screws, interface cards, components, etc.)
- Evidence of tampering (e.g.. broken seals)
- Damaged electronics (missing buttons, IC chips, etc)
- Bent casing
- Stripped and/or cut connectors (missing bnc, rca, or power connectors)
- If there are non- manufacturer markings or label on the product OR ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX, the product will not be accepted if there are markings to the box or products such as: RMA numbers, Tape, Stickers, Labels, Label that covers the serial number, part number, or any other product identification information, Ripped, torn, cut, or missing boxing
- Enclose each product in original box with all parts.
- Hard drives must put back in ESD bag with containing bubble or foam.
- ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE REPACKED IN A NEW BOX.
- ORIGINAL BOXING MATERIALS MUST NOT BE USED!! See below for details.
Products must be returned in Security Cam Depots approved packaging. If not returned in approved packaging, RMA will be refused and shipping charges will be incurred in future returns.
Enclose RMA form in box.
Returning a single product (ALL ORIGINAL BOXING MATERIALS)

Return product to original box. Take care to position product in original position.

Replace packaging bubble wrap, bags, covers, etc, into original position. Take care to wrap up tightly and neatly.

Locate all original parts and include in product box in original position. Make sure all pieces are included.
Packaging that is not acceptable
Do NOT use, original boxes, weak boxes, damaged boxes Styrofoam, paper, padded shipping envelopes or non-approved plastic or Styrofoam clamshell containers.
PLEASE NOTE: Product returned in any type of shipping envelope (paper or padded) will be returned to you at your expense and the warranty will be voided.
The RMA form can be cut and taped to the outside of each box to be used as a mailing label. Otherwise clearly write all shipping information and the RMA number on each box for faster processing.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of each box, and on any shipping invoices enclosed.
